Trucking compaines usually call before delivering large items such as playhouses and outdoor climbers. Drivers will usually unload the truck, but may not be able to help move the item from the truck to your door. If you need help, please arrange for this ahead of time. Please count the cartons immediately before signing the freight bill.
If cartons are missing or appear damaged, please sign the driver's paperwork accordingly.Shortages or Damages:
After signing the freight bill as short or damaged, please call us promptly at 1-800-446-1135 and we'll take it from there! We will replace any product damaged in transit or missing from your order if the freight bill is signed appropriately.Replacement Parts:
Step 2® will replace, at no charge, any part that was lost or damaged during shipment or from manufacturing defect. Parts for currenly manufactured products are available at a nominal charge.
